Ottawa’s Caisse populaire Notre-Dame, one of the oldest in Ontario, fully derserves its reputation as a vanguard. At the end of the 1950s, it is the first financial institution in the capital to have an electronic accounting system and a drive-through service that allows members to perform their transactions without having to step out of their car.
